Once your registration has been submitted, you’ll receive a confirmation email for your records, so you can be confident your warranty is in place when you need it.

Registering your autoclave is an important step in activating your warranty and ensuring we can provide efficient support if you ever need assistance. Having your product details on file allows our team to identify your specific model quickly and provide more relevant troubleshooting, servicing and warranty support.
 
Registration can also help reduce unnecessary delays by giving us the information we need before assessing your autoclave, making the support process as straightforward as possible.
 
Please note that your Hatmed Australia warranty must be registered within 14 days of the invoice date from your place of purchase. Registrations completed outside this period may not be eligible for warranty coverage.

What the warranty covers

  • Autoclave Warranty

    Every Hatmed autoclave is covered for 2 years from the invoice date or a set number of cycles (1,000 for P1, 2,000 for G1, 3,000 for H1), whichever comes first, subject to annual maintenance by an accredited service agent.

  • Extended Warranty

    Extended warranty options are available on selected models. If you’re unsure which warranty applies to your product, ask our team and we’ll confirm it for you.

  • Accessories

    Trays, racks, printers and other Hatmed accessories carry a minimum 12-month warranty.

  • Class B Sterilisation

    Solid, hollow and porous loads, wrapped or unwrapped
